For all services Initial registration fee £350.

All residential, land, international, renovations new developments investments and commercial purchases will be charged as follows:

From £1 - £250,000   1% of the purchase price
From £251,000+   2% of the purchase price

All fees will be payable upon completion of the purchase. The initial registration fee will be deductable from the final figure.

Commercial renting will be charged as follows:

2 months rent.

All other services will be charged on an individual basis and will be charged accordingly.
